Home Inspection Costs
A full home inspection is R3,500. An example of what is done can be seen on the Sample Report page. A 15% spring discount will be applied to the aforementioned price.

​Specialised inspections cost R1,200 for each of the following:
2. Moisture intrusion or damp inspection
3. Wood destroying organisms
4. Chimney inspection
6. Residential structural and foundation inspection
7. Septic tank inspection
8. Snag inspections

Payment is due before the reports are sent and reports are created one business day after the inspection.
